“The Council however...The WGLA peer review states:<br /> “The Council however could do more to engage and promote public questions,with a dedicated form on the Council website, simplified submissions procedure and a standing item on the Council agenda, irrespective of whether any questions are received or not.”<br /><br />The presentation to Council by the Cross Party Constitutional Review Working Group on 17th June chose to totally ignore the recommendations for the form and simplified submissions procedure.<br /><br />You would have thought that a council striving to be the most open and transparent in Wales would not only have a dedicated page prominent on its website but would also publish all questions received and the reasons when a question is rejected.<br />Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
