If it is to suppliers or developers or the like it could be seen as selective favourititism or worse. If electors it could be seen as buying votes.<br /><br />Can you think of any category of people who should be wined and dined at our expense by councillors and officers (who, by the way have expense accounts so are we paying twice for these favours?)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
