Libel appeal hearing next week


29th April - hearing is listed for tomorrow, 30th April at 11am

Re; Thompson v James and Carmarthenshire County Council

Last September I was granted permission to appeal on an issue relating to Mark James' counterclaim for libel against me.

The appeal has now been listed for next week, on either Wednesday 30th April, or Thursday 1st May at the Court of Appeal in London. Two hours have been allowed for the hearing.
